From the pictures it looks good. It has a loot of things that catch your eyes but aren't necessarily required. The important things like cleaning the room properly it wasn't.

Well for the begging there is no place where it says that the room is at the basement level and also the window is oriented to the road. You basically hear every car. After we arrive I saw that the bed sheets were full of hair. I still don't know if it was animal hair or human hair...Also on the floor was the same issue and food leftovers. We asked for new bed sheets and we received them but they were torn apart and also have a smell that we couldn't sleep. From my understand the sheets were suppose to be new and clean right? Weren't, it was like staying on an old grandma sheet that wasn't washed since 1800 spring. We had a two night reservation but we leave after the first night. More precise at 5AM because we were tired a bit frustrated for the amount of money we pay and for what we got and because we couldn't sleep because of the smell. We text the landlord that we leaved that morning, he told us their are sorry and will pay the other night back. Till this day we didn't receive that money. Even though I text them, I call them and they assure me that I will get my money back, I got nothing... till this day. This means 30 days after we were at them. Also I saw in other comments regarding the bathroom door, still wasn't fixed. The shower is unusable because the drain is not functional. It works in a way but not good enough so that all the water to go in the sink. It took almost the whole night so that all the water from the shower to drain. The picture was done in the morning. We had the shower about 8 hours prior. This is what I mean by "the drain doesn't work properly". Over all till now this is my personal worst experience. I will highly encourage you to read all the reviews before going to this location.

Great location. Not too far from the city center. Clean and cozy. Nicely decorated Bathroom supplies were more than enough.

Just as someone said in a comment before: The AC you can see on the wall above the TV is not an AC unit. It's actually a heater with a fan option that doesn't really cool the room. The room is at the demisol level so the temperature was ok and we didn't need an AC. The bathroom door needs to be fixed. The door frame was damaged by the water coming from the shower and you cannot close the door. Also the cutlery and dishes options were very poor. The bed was really uncomfortable for me but that is my personal preference. I guess it's good for someone who prefers a less fluffy mattress.

Small details, that had to be 2 bedroom, but git one and etc...but I can live with that 😃

- private parking - doesn't seem that way. Unless of course you have private side walk outside the fence. - outdoor furniture - you mean that broken bench? -view - the best view on the side walk and car tires we've ever seen! And this smell of car exhaust, what can be better? - ATM machine on the site - where exactly? We couldn't find it anywhere. - currency exchange - again, where? - air conditioning - AC without AC, great one. That was the only reason we decided to stay here. This basement is not so chilly. - and even bathroom doors was broken and we couldn't actually close it.
