建物房間老舊、有許多猴子、房間門口就有排泄物、餐廳的食物難吃又貴

Reception staff were incredibly friendly and explained all the details about the hotel very well (in English). Location of the hotel is beautiful, stunning views across the mountains and river, and perfect for accessing Taipingshan. Monkeys came to pay a visit around dusk. The hotel also offers guided tours of the park area. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings at the canyon bar.

When we arrrived in the room it stank of cigarette smoke, despite the whole hotel being no smoking. We reported this to reception and they sent a member of the house keeping team who sprayed some pine air freshener around. The condition of the room was very tired, the wall paper was peeling off in places, there was stains / holes in the wall, the sink had obviously been replaced relatively recently however they had not replaced the worktop it sat in which was chipped and stained. The mosquito netting at the windows was damaged so couldn’t really function correctly. We also encountered cockroaches, spiders and geckos in the room, I understand the location is in the countryside but we have stayed in plenty of other hotels / guesthouse and not had this issue. The food at the hotel is very average, the breakfast is a mainly Taiwanese style buffet with lots of choice but lacking in quality. Evening meal is family style Taiwanese food, it was ok. And the light meals offered at the Canyon bar are microwaveable pasta dishes, they fill you up but that’s about it. Overall this place feels very dated and overpriced, which is a shame as it could be amazing.

住宿前提問都呈現答非所問狀態，購買時告知有餐飲點數，但到現場一問三不知。 餐飲部分不佳，早餐的品項、味道都很糟，麵包和麥片都放置過久，已有受潮現象。

上去太平山的中間地點，本身也有步道與神木，很適合安排兩天一夜的行程。 房間很大，乾淨舒適，提前開冷氣很貼心。

照片和實際住入的木屋內裝不相同，後來才看到照片上面有附註入住房型要看現場搭配，但是大部分給的照片是改裝後的木屋，建議還是要給一般木屋的照片，才比較不會引起誤會。
