Front desk is very rude and not responding. No WiFi and no Hot Water.

Room size was Ok and house keeping was ok. Restaurant service was good and food quality was also good.

1. Location: Selected the hotel because of location as it seems to be near the Vishwanath temple. But it is located in old town full of traffic jams and even difficult to walk. Too much of noise and pollution level is very high for asthmatic or people coming from overseas. In fact, if you cannot board a cycle rickshaw or walk much, then this location may not help as E-Rickshaw or other vehicles do not ply to the Vishwanath temple. In fact Ghats are far and getting out of this place consume lot of time and effort with good consumption of pollution. 2. Room is good if you have window. Property has certain rooms without any window. Check with the hotel if you are claustrophobic. 3. Travel desk.
