"Worse experience ever"

From the first day, the villa had serious issues. There was a mouse inside the property upon arrival, which felt unsanitary and unsettling. The water system didn’t work properly and we couldn’t shower the first day. We had to call maintenance at least five times, but the problem was never fully resolved. On the second night, we found cockroaches in two bedrooms—multiple cockroaches were living under furniture. This was a major health concern, especially since we had three young children staying. Due to these conditions, my brother left immediately, and we ourselves decided to leave as soon as possible. Overall, the villa is not up to standard, poorly maintained, and does not provide a comfortable or safe stay. We do not recommend this accommodation. The owner did not want to refund, and booking.com took their side.
