"Good selection for family or friends touring."

Large space for family. Everything is available for what you needed. It’s a good location if you plan to apply Cheongnyangni Station to other place.

Near station around 700m. It’d be not a problem if weather is good.

The area was convinient to access but it is an older neighorhood with small pathways. All ammenities were well kept and easy to find. Continous communication by owner/management was excellent and always curteous. Distance to subway along with other required stores, etc were all within walking (reasonable) distance.

"Clean and comfortable"

The apartment is clean and well equipped with all the necessary facilities for a family for 4. It's quite near to a bus stop. I took busses more when travelling instead of taking subway. Near to the wet market and supermarket too.

The tower is quite small. Hope they can can provide hotel standard towels, especially for tourists. Other than that, all were fine.
