Extremely clean. Wide spaces, comfortable for a group of 6. Great location, close to San Teodoro centro and markets nearby.

No WiFi. Also, the amenities at the kitchen could improve. We prefer to cook when we travel.

Casa bella e spaziosa per 6 persone. Posizione vicinissima al centro di San Teodoro e a soli 20 min a piedi dalla Cinta. Il suo punto forte è sicuramente il prezzo, veramente ottimo.

La cucina era un po’ trasandata, e il pentolone era tutto coperto da un manto oleoso quando siamo arrivati. La vicinanza con la stazione degli autobus e l’isola ecologica fa sì che ci sia confusione a praticamente 24/7. La cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato è trovare il frigorifero spento appena arrivati, avevamo già acquistato la roba da mettere in frigo e ci è voluto moltissimo prima che si rinfrescasse a dovere.

Mancava di pulizia, abbiamo dovuto lavare i pavimenti appena arrivati, nella doccia abbiamo trovato ancora un flacone di bagnoschiuma di chi vi ha soggiornato prima di noi. Sportelli rotti in cucina, doccia esterna mal funzionante. Potrebbero migliorarla un po’ di più visto l’enorme potenziale che ha questa casa.

purtroppo al nostro arrivo la casa non era pulita e con alcune cose rotte di cui il proprietario non era a conoscenza, ma ha provveduto alla sistemazione e alla pulizia la mattina dopo il nostro arrivo...la casa in se presentava delle piccole imperfezioni alle finestre. non è presente il posto auto privato e la sera se uno rientra tardi dal mare, vista la vicinanza al centro, difficilmente trova parcheggio. consigliamo ai proprietari più chiarezza e attenzione sulla gestione delle spese di pulizie e extra.

The location is both its best and worst feature. It’s pretty central, just next to the main bus stop so catching a bus or going to the city center is super easy.

Again as it was just next to a big parking lot (the bus stop) it was quite loud and you couldn’t sleep past 9 am without earplugs. Also there are big garbage cans for everything and every 20 mins or so someone is throwing glass (so broken glass noice every hour for sure). Maybe a good, substantial hedge would help a little or better isolation of the house, but eh well such were not found here. It would have been very nice to know about the noice in advance too. The washing machine was not working (supposedly because of draught) but more likely because it’s old. 3 days after we asked they finally sent someone to show us how it works (it’s old so there are tips and tricks ofc), but of course the lady spoke only Italian (super quickly) so we didn’t manage to understand anything. We had to wash our clothes by hand in the end. The house is nice, but one should be careful because the hobs and the refrigerator give you small electrical shocks if touched in specific places. Given the amenities (no working washing machine, no dishwasher at all, no wifi) the value for money is pretty bad. The hosts were nice at first, but not for long. When we had to pay for the sheets and cleaning it turned out it was more than they had told us initially because they brought us extra sheets (which in our opinion were not extra, we were 5 people and wanted to occupy all 4 bed, imagine that) - but the lack of communication that the amount had increased was also pretty annoying. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
