Ercolano Beautiful house

Wir wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Frühstück im Haus unten im Cafe. Perfekte Lage zw Herkulaneum und Bahn in Eichtung Pompei, beides 5‘ zu Fuss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Location excellent to access Hurculaneum with very convenient car parking space available. Apartment was very clean and newly renovated. The hosts were very helpful on getting us in to the apartment and accommodating of our need to hold the parking spot after check out to enable us to visit the area. Nice view from small balcony back towards Vesuvius. It’s also very convenient for good sensibly priced restaurants and cafes.

Quite a few stairs to get up so a bit of a chore if you have hold baggage size items in terms of getting in and out (which we did ). There would be no problem if you have cabin bags. That said the hosts helped us get the bags into the apartment!

The location is very central for me and near a lot of restaurants and Mercato di Resina. The apartment was very clean and spacious, good size for 2-3 people.

The breakfast was simple; croissant and coffee.

The apartment was spacious and very complete. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. In addition, the host allowed us to leave our suitcases while we went sightseeing.

There was a lack of water in the heater. Breakfast could only be sweet, there was no savoury option.

A great stay at this apartment. The location is exceptional—right on a street with a direct view of the entrance to the Archaeological Park of Herculaneum, along with views of the mountains and the sea from the balcony. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, which was especially reassuring while traveling alone, and all essential spots are close at hand. The apartment is on the second floor (ground, first, second), adding a little exercise on the way up. The entrance and staircase are well-maintained and safe, which was a great plus. The apartment itself is spacious, recently renovated, and very clean. It has a nice blend of local charm and modern functionality. The bed was comfortable, with fresh sheets and towels provided, and the setup includes everything needed for a comfortable stay: a fully functioning kitchen, coffee machine, dedicated laundry area, and an extra lavatory. It’s a great choice not only for solo travelers and couples but also for families. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available to assist if needed while giving you space to enjoy your stay. A nice bonus was the breakfast at the café downstairs, run by a welcoming owner, with good coffee and freshly baked croissants each morning. Overall, a fantastic experience, with a comfortable apartment, kind hosts, and a wonderful location. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a well-located, inviting place to stay.

It seemed a bit unusual that they boiled water for tea in a small pot. However, it wasn’t an issue, as the water boiled even faster than in a kettle.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. It is clean, has great amenities including wifi, and the aircon is fantastic! It is in a convenient location for public transport to Naples, Pompeii, and Sorrento. And the owner, Fabio, is extremely gracious and helpful. I would stay here again.
