A surcharge of EUR 20 applies from 19:00 until 22:30, from 22:30 and 2:00 am a surcharge of EUR 40 and after 2:00 am a surcharge of EUR 60 for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that according to the regulation of the municipality of Bologna, the heating system is active and can be used from mid-October to mid-April. As for the air conditioning, it can be used from June 1st. Please note that no free towel change is included during the stay. It can possibly be done with an additional cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
