122 Camarque-Lavish lookout Penthouse

The apartment was LOVELY. Tastefully decorated and very spacious. The view of the ocean was exceptional. However, getting to and from the apartment was an absolute HASSLE. Too many stairs to count. There's a lift that you can use, but it doesn't always work and waiting for the lift (when it actually does work) takes very long. Keep in mind that the stairs barely has any lighting so going up and down them in the evening is very dangerous. We had rainy weather which made the stairs so much more of a safety hazard. The aircon in the living area did not work and we had issues with hot water. We would've enjoyed our stay so much more if getting to the apartment wasn't so difficult.

The apartment was beautifully furnished.

The elevator and distance. The effort to get to the beach or in and out of the apartment was extremely difficult

The place is spacious and the view of the sea is amazing and easy access to essentials like shops. And to the beach.

That there is no house keeping you end up cleaning yourself and one is there to relax not stress about cleaning.

Looks great online, Nice views from the balcony, but looks can be very deceiving. If you want to own a sea side apartment then get your maintenance done regularly!! Just because it looks great doesn’t make it great.

The electricity went off “ONLY” for this apartment with my 3 month old baby, and I had to literally loose my shit and beg for the manager to come turn the main breaker on that was literally locked behind a secure door outside, He only came the following day and mumbled it was not his responsibility. Door to upper patio is almost siezed and extremely hard to open, lower patio is also getting there, same with the front door. Toilet seats are skew and fell like they about to fall off. Kitchen lights make a horrible buzzing sound. Main bedroom TV did not work for the one day it poured with rain, as kids were downstairs watching cartoons. No Wifi upstairs….The wooden blinds don’t try slide them open it’s an absolute nightmare, the other blinds have broken adjusters. And the glass stands on the main TV display downstairs that is a child hazard, someone’s child’s head is going to walk into it and some serious damage or legal action will happen.
