Unica cosa che mi ha un po' ... messa a disagio ... la sensazione che sia troppo facile l'accesso per chiunque essendoci un unico codice di accesso. Senza chiavi è comodo, ma personalmente mi sarei sentita più sicura con le chiavi. In ogni caso è andato tutto bene e probabilmente a Olbia non c'è la delinquenza che si riscontra in altre città italiane

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Central location with a wonderful Cafe next door. Hosts were so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate me.

Slightly noisy at times as is really central, and mattress a little firm for my liking. Not big issues at all in the scheme of things!

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, vicina al centro storico e con un parcheggio a pagamento proprio di fronte. La camera era super accogliente, nuova e con un bagno spazioso. L’host è stato molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile consigliandoci il ristorante del suo socio per la cena “Dadino” dove abbiamo mangiato una fregola pazzesca. Ve lo consiglio!

The place is very well positioned with proper access to the train station and the city center. It is quiet during the day/night. The room was nice and it seemed to be recently renovated.

We've stayed there for 4 nights. Not a single time our bin has been emptied. The floor was dirty and even if we notified the staff about it they did not do anything. The window opens into an inner space, which lacks natural light but the main issue were the mosquitoes. There is no mosquitoes net at the window so we had to stay with it closed (at least while the light was open inside the room). One more thing which can be improved is the light in the bathroom, it was very weak being hard to shave or makeup.
