This is a nice little hotel in a good location.

Hard beds. This is common in SE Asia.

Bon emplacement. Piscine agréable.

Petit déjeuner très cher. Bruit le soir.

Rien du tout, hotel à fuir

hotel sale, piscine non entretenue, eau trouble, en bord de rue très passante. Personnel désagréable et non compétent. Manager absent. Non respect des demandes spécifiques effectuées pour un handicapé et refus de remboursement des nuitées non effectuées

Very friendly staff and the place was an oasis in Phnom Penh's amazing hecticness! Dip pool was fun, well stocked bar, food was lovely (what we had of it!). Felt very looked after by everyone!

The "balcony" in our room wasn't big enough to sit out on. Didn't matter in the end as we had lovely time chatting by the pool side.

Despite the pick-up arrangement at the airport beforehand, the arrival at the hotel was very unpleasant. The taxi was more expensive than the announced price and I could not check-in upon arrival. I had to find (and pay for) another hotel room nearby in the middle of the night. The communication with the staff was poor, I did not get any compensation for the night I did not spend at the hotel. Apart from this poor management, the hotel is ok. The location is great. Oh, by the way, the room description included a kettle, an operational tv, a terrace and some kind of view... Well, I did not find them!
