Good location, comfortable beds, very nice staff (especially receptionist lotee, who was always helpful), nice swimming pool and the water dispenser is a bonus for refilling water bottles.

Some of the employees had limited knowledge of english, but we managed to understand each other more or less.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with great restaurants and palace close by. Staff is very friendly and speak good English.

The tuk tuk/remak from the boat pier knew where to go and took me there smoothly and quickly, not subsequently always true. The room had a large picture window, onto a narrow alley full of motorbikes. The shower was hot and ran so quickly. The bed was comfortable. The room was serviced rapidly. The remak driver assosciated with the hotel went the extra mile when I had to get to the train station at 5.30. His charge was ridiculously low for such an hour.

That picture window; when is an alley wall a metre away a city view. The pool is miniscule though deep in part. It appears much larger in the photoesof the property. The heatpump had a very very irratating squeak.

The AC in the first room wasn’t working properly, but they were very friendly and changed our room and the second one was really good. We ordered the night before breakfast for our bus ride in the morning for 7:30, but they didn’t prepare it. It’s very disappointing, because we ordered the night before, we paid 18$!!! for it and didn’t get it at the end, because it needed so long and we would have missed our bus. They didn’t even give us the money back, what should be done by themselves immediately.
