House Elipsa

Great apartment, everything was new. The balcony was perfect, the view amazing. Kitchen was well equipped, bed comfortable :). Contact with the hosts was easy, they answered quickly and very friendly. 5-10 min to walk to the center of Bovec and the next supermarket. We would stay there again.

It is a wonderful new, well equipped and very clean apartment. It's located close to the main road, so it's not far to the city center with restaurants, bakery and a small supermarket. Nevertheless it's a very quiet place - with fantastic mountain view. Thanks for the very pleasant stay!!

Everything is fantastic. The place, the surroundings, the walkable distance to the center, the communication, the cleanliness, the personal touch of the owners and the guides.

Quite noisy from apartments above. Also to note our ground floor apartment had a large wall of glass doors all along one side, directly looking out to the smaller out house on the same property several metres away. Louvres could be shut to allow some privacy but was a shame to lose the view.

Wow! I would gladly give 10+ ratings if allowed. The house is very spacious (more than it looks in the photos) and has a very positive vibe. It was super super clean. The location of the house is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the appliances are good as new. It was raining in Bovac during a good part of our stay but we did not feel like missing out because of the exceptional view and coziness of the house.

The location of House Elipsa is perfect, a short walk to the main square. From the street the accommodation is signposted as House Hiperbola, which made it tricky for the driver to find. There's a beautiful view from the front balcony and also from the kitchen window. Having a fridge and a well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. When our taxi was cancelled and we had to wait outside our apartment (we were travelling to Bled), the owner very kindly offered us coffee, chairs to sit in the shade, and even allowed us to wait in our apartment after check out time.

The location is right besides the mountains and super close to many walking trails. There are big supermarkets and restaurants just in 5 minutes walking distance. The place is quite new and included all amenities we needed and some cooking essentials such as oil, salt etc. The owner was quite accommodating with clear communication. Will certainly go back!

Excellent location. Quiet street without too much traffic. You can hear birds chirping and you have a nice view of the mountain. Walking distance to the center and shops in a few minutes.

The property seemed brand new, was well laid out and had plenty of space in the living and sleeping rooms. The extra half bath was fantastic. The dishwasher was even nicer as we cooked with our family of 7 while we stayed. Everything was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly. The shower was amazingly HOT. Lovely art throughout the unit as well! We hope to be back for sure.

If there were shades or some sort of dimmers over the skylights in the bedroom, that would be nice. Not a huge issue. Also, just be aware for the larger unit we rented it is two flights of stairs to get onto the living space. This was not a problem at all for us.
