Dezente Einrichtung,, ohne unnötigen Firlefanz. Die relativ kleine Wohnung wirkt dadurch sehr grosszügig und bei schönem Wetter lichtdurchflutet. Die 2 Zimmer bieten den Blick auf grüne Privatgärten, Küchen- und Badfenster gehen auf eine freundliche, ruhige Altstadtgasse hinaus (nur Zubringerdienst). Sehr ruhige Lage. Über einen Fluss ist das Zentrum der Altstadt in 5-15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Schöne öffentliche Badestrände mit Bus zu erreichen. Den freundlichen, unkomplizierten Vermieter konnten wir für Fragen und Infos jederzeit telefonisch erreichen.

Appartamento perfetto per una vacanza di coppia

Situato in un quartiere caratteristico, a due passi dal Duomo, con vista sui tetti e i cortili della città. Appartamento confortevole, noi l'abbiamo usato solo per dormire, ma era attrezzato per cucinare e consumare i pasti in loco. Pulizia perfetta.

I really liked that it was a self check-in, so you could arrive whatever time you like. The room has a beautiful view on the village. We overslept a bit for the checkout and the host was very flexible and understanding.

The location was a bit difficult to reach by car, but that’s because the apartment is very central and Carrara is a small village.

The location is great to explore both Liguria and Toscana. Also close enough to the beach and the super market is just a short walk away. Andrea is an amazing host, always available for questions and recommendations. Highly recommend taking some surfing lessons with him!

The equipment in the kitchen is very limited - totally doable but some stuff like cutting boards or wine glasses were missing. The washing machine is a bit of a puzzle as well.
