Sunrise Inn Williamstown

The hotel is older, but the rooms have been upgraded and the rest is being worked on. Pool is closed. They plan on filling it in and making a nice outside area there. Quiet, Comfortable and Clean. Nice breakfast. Parking was right outside our room. The Ark Encounter was right across the street.

Restaurant there was closed. I believe they will be upgrading it as well. No pool, but that was fine since we were just passing thru.

A little dated but clean and comfortable. They have done some recent painting and flooring. Big parking spaces. No stairs.

For a 2 star hotel there was nothing to complain about.

It was very well placed for what we needed as we were going to visit the Ark Encounter. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small but adequate for what we needed.

On arrival we werea bit concerned as looks leave a bit to the imagination. The room was clean but the toilet was about to come out the floor, loose and wobbly.

Close to attraction

The mattress was all broken down. The breakfast was only cereal, bagel,toast, and waffles. The walls were paper thin.

I like the location and no carpet in the rooms

The room I had reserved for two and a half months. When I got there at 3:00 a.m. I got the key went unlock the door and there was somebody asleep in my bed with a dog on the bed barking at me It was supposed to be a dog free room They had to put me and my family in different rooms until 12pm so we could get our room actually they gave me a different room since the one I was supposed to have had a dog in it and I asked for a dog free room because of allergies the people were friendly they got us fixed up Its in a good location it had decent rooms the bed was not that comfortable but not the worst it looked like it had been recently remodeled but the Furnishings was old

Room was clean,,,breakfast ok,,,BUT,,the room smelled like a nursing home(pee smell) and the Beds were like laying on a concrete slab!
