"Very nice place for large gatherings"

This is a nice house on the river that is perfect for family gatherings in Fairbanks. Lots of bedrooms and beds, a separate sitting area upstairs from the main living area down was nice. Very clean. They went out of the way to make this place nice. The only issue was the water tank was almost empty when we arrived. That was a problem that they apparently were unaware of. They came by in the morning to get it filled and working again. but it took awhile. So, I'm optimistic that they have fixed the issue that caused them to be unaware of how that happened so future reservations won't have that issue. And if that's the case I cant recommend this place enough. Was very nice, kitchen well appointed - great island with lots of room for people to sit around. Plenty of bathroom supplies and towels.
