La colpa e’ vostra perché vi avevo chiesto una stanza con vista mare invece arrivato lì mi è stata data una stanza economy cosa che voi non mi avevate indicato e la vista era sul muro di cinta!!

Location was top class the staff very good and helpful.

The food/drink was expensive and quality of breakfast was poor. Also can hear outside noise and people speaking in other rooms

Läget, maten, utsikten!!

A localização é muito boa. Está bem perto de Corso Italia, onde o principal trecho com lojas e cafeterias é apenas para pedestres. Também está a menos de um quilômetro do elevador que leva à Marina piccola e ao porto de Sorrento. O quarto duplo estava limpo, a decoração parecia nova e o ar condicionado com temperatura ajustável era potente. O banheiro era pequeno, mas bonito. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e prestativos. A vista da piscina e do restaurante era muito bonita.

A vista do quarto era péssima porque ele estava no mesmo nível de uma rua onde sempre passavam pessoas, por isso não podíamos abrir as cortinas e a janela. Esse era um problema dos quartos do primeiro andar, então pedimos para mudar para o segundo ou terceiro andar pagando a diferença de valores, mas não havia quartos vagos por causa da alta estação. O café da manhã era apenas razoável, acredito que deveriam ter mais opções.

Localização perfeita, piscina muito boa, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários muito educados

Os quartos são como o “subsola” no inicio fiquei incomodada, mas no último dia já acostumei

The view from breakfast place was really nice and the people were nice.

Room was probably the worst one in the hotel. There was some random noises coming from wall and also from outside. If you have rather short sleep, then prepare yourself.

Outro hóspede gritava muito no quarto ao lado, mas não foi culpa do hotel

The location, cleanliness and the majority of the staff where excellent. Most of the staff were welcoming and warm.

One member of staff was not so helpful. On our last night, my partner came down with seasickness after a private boat tour. I went to the reception to the middle of the night to ask for some water for my partner to which the individual at reception simply told me “no” and that the restaurant was closed. I tried to explain the situation to the guy but he was not interested and pretty dismissive. I would have thought, given the circumstances, he would be a bit more helpful, but alas not.
