Maria Rita war als Gastgeberin ganz wunderbar. Proaktiv, immer sofort reagierend, sehr, sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie hat uns in Empfang genommen und einen Parkplatz besorgt. Vor'm Haus einen Parkplatz zu finden, war aber insgesamt kein Problem. Maria Rita hatte zudem diverse Getränke und Gebäckspezialitäten bereit gestellt und uns mit den Tourismus-relevanten Infos und Plänen versorgt. Das Appartement ist neu und chic. Das Viertel zauberhaft und wunderbar, um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden und abends entspannt auszugehen.

Stanza confortevole e bagno funzionale, mobilio nuovo, letto comodo : e tutto pulitissimo. Fantastici i fili da stendere sul balcone!!! Lo stabile si trova proprio in cima alla collina della città vecchia, con possibilità di parcheggio in strada. Ciliegina sulla torta la proprietaria, Maria Rita, gentilissima, disponibile e molto attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Nella nostra prenotazione la prima colazione non era inclusa ma Maria Rita ci ha fatto trovare un omaggio di benvenuto con paste di mandorle, croccantini, brioche, acqua, tè freddo, succhi, cialde con macchina caffè e bollitore con bustine per tè’ caldo. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Che dire: permanenza meravigliosa.

The hostess was very friendly and proactive with providing tips for the area and making sure everything was going well. The room was also nicely stocked with some drinks and local snacks. The room was super clean. Even though it was next to a road, it was very quiet. It was also possible to blackout the windows, which was nice. It was only about a 5-8 minute walk to anywhere in the center of town (although it does require walking up steep hills/stairs on the return trip). It was easy to park next to the apartment. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water and water pressure in the shower was very good.

Everything was great. I really don't have anything negative to say. Be sure to follow the hostess' directions for driving to the apartment, or you will probably end up driving through some very narrow streets. I was following the instructions, but I missed the correct exit point from a roundabout and just kept on going, and ended up driving through the narrow streets. I should have turned around and gotten back on track. It honestly wasn't really that bad (I was driving a very small rental car), but it can be avoided if you follow her instructions (and really should be avoided if you have a larger car).

Struttura in pieno centro, comoda per parcheggio, camera nuova e accogliente, ha tutti i comfort, phono, aria condizionata, frigo pieno, macchina del caffè bevande fresche, creme e dentifricio. All’arrivo la proprietaria ti spiega tutto quello che è possibile fare ad Agrigento e dintorni. Addirittura notato che fosse il compleanno della mia compagna, ci ha regalato dei cannoli buonissimi! CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!!

Simple but comfy room Apartment Very clean, owner is friendly and nicer And she is very warming, she provide sun block cream, lotion. That all we need under a strong sun in Agrigento If u driving travel to agrigento, this apartment located a good spot. U can park the car close to the apartment, totally no need to carry your suitcase to walk any city stairs. Trust me if u need to walk with suitcase and car cannot park right in front of your stay. It really will kill u hardly 😏 This apartment is located at the top of the hill. Walk down to the city center just 4-6mins. After dinner is good to walk up again with stairs to digest a little bit 😉😉 If your legs or knees is not good then u need to think about it But everything is good here

A acomodação é bem moderna e com ótimas amenidades. Tem muitas vagas para estacionar perto (mas no fim do dia enche), de fácil acesso. Ter estacionamento perto é uma vantagem em relação a outras hospedagens da região. Isso porque você consegue tirar as malas do carro e levar para a hospedagem facilmente. A cidade é muito íngreme e outras hospedagens não oferecem essa facilidade.

A caminhada da rua principal até a hospedagem é uma subida muito íngreme, não é fácil. Mas é o único porém.

Very clean room with everything needed (including a small fridge). The owner was lovely — we got lost when arriving at the accommodation and she was very helpful!

The accommodation is very well located with parking space in front, but it’s hard to find if you don’t know the area (the owner helps you).

L'appartement est très propre. Il est très bien situé pour visiter Agrigente. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement dans la rue. Maria est d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une grande générosité. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons pu communiquer avec elle très facilement tout au long de notre séjour. Elle nous a également donné plein de conseils. L'appartement n'a pas de cuisine, juste un frigo mais Maria avait pris la peine de le remplir d'eau et de jus de fuit. Nous avions également des gâteaux à disposition ce qui était très pratique pour le petit déjeuner.

Les rues avoisinantes ne sont pas très jolies mais le centre historique est facilement accessible à pied.
