I like the convents of having a kitchen to cook in

Local dog getting under the gate and into the rubbish.

As soon as I contacted them, they brought additional bath towels and water. It was a very clean, spacious, and lovely villa! The location was also excellent! The kitchen was large and easy to use, and I was able to cook for myself. I will definitely come back next time. Thank you so much！！

There were a lot of fruit flies in the bathroom.

Hubo un apagón de luz generalizado en la isla, cosa que es muy habitual y no es culpa del alojamiento por supuesto. Estuvimos 8 horas sin alternativas y sin que nadie contactara con nosotros hasta que intentaron encender el generador y posteriormente nos reubicaron en otra villa cercana ya que el agua tampoco funcionaba y sin ventiladores y A/C hubiera sido complicado dormir. Es inaceptable por lo que cuesta el alojamiento que el generador de la casa no funcione cuando la mayoria de servicios y alojamientos de la zona tienen generadores para los recurrentes apagones. Reclamamos que nos invitaran a desayuno el dia siguiente y la gestora acceptó. No incluyen jabon de manos ni gel ni champú así como tampoco secador. En el comedor y en la cocina no hay aire acondicionado cosa que hace bastante complicada la estancia. La piscina es una charca. Es un alojamiento con muchas posibilidades pero que no cumple las expectativas.

Great place to stay! Well kept and it has a small bath outside which is really nice. We did not cook but it is possible as it comes with a kitchen. Also the beds are really comfi! 10/10

The location was amazing and the staff were very helpful and extremely responsive! Facilities were great. Heaps of filtered water for drinking.

We were just missing a few things like hand soap in the bathrooms and probably needed more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week stay but were able to get this ourselves very easily. I would next time give the cups and kitchen items a good wash before use as a lot of it sits in the open and didn’t seem to be clean between services as they might not be used frequently.

The location and the overall space of the house is good. The rooms are quiet big and since its newly renovated, all facilities looks like new.

We booked this place for a work trip paid a total of Php97,700 for 9 days which is very high compared to other rents in Siargao. Unfortunately, I booked it via booking.com and it was non-refundable so I couldn't back out anymore. Also we actually booked another place Watergate Villa but the information given in booking.com was not clear and we thought we booked the whole house. Glad that there was another option given but I felt we were charged too much for a house that didn't really offer much quality facilities. With this amount, you actually expect a pretty good service but in most of our stay, there were either facilities not working, and about 4 days of stay, there were leaking all over the house, my clothes were wet coz I placed them in the closet of the big room and there were major leaking there. I understand of course about the power shortage and water shortage but it would be great for example, if the host could already inform the guests how to prepare for these blackouts. Maybe good to inform to put water in advance in the pale coz when the lights out, the water is also out. At least, we can have something to wash our faces with in the morning where there is no light and water. Overall, I feel like I paid too much for a mediocre service. That's a pity coz the place and location was actually very nice.
