Beatiful property decorated in an elegant moroccan style. Near the historical Medina entrance and close the a very big parking lot, so it is perfect if you arrive to Fes by car. The view on top is great, and the best thing of the property is the host Nour that is very kind and will help you with everything!

I had an exceptional stay at this riad and felt genuinely welcomed from the very beginning. I arrived late at night, and the Recepcionist Noureddine was already waiting for me. The moment I stepped inside, I was surrounded by a beautiful, calming Moroccan scent that instantly made me feel at ease. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding. When I asked to change rooms the next day, it was handled effortlessly, and I even received an even better room, which I truly appreciated. The riad itself is beautifully designed in a traditional style that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another time :) almost like living in a sultan’s residence. Every morning, without needing to ask, breakfast was brought to the terrace: fresh Moroccan bread, eggs, and other delicious local touches. One moment I’ll especially remember is when I wasn’t feeling well on my last day. Noureddine kindly prepared a warm tea with ginger, lemon, and cinnamon, which was very comforting. His attentiveness and quiet care made a real difference throughout my stay, including helping me with my luggage all the way to the taxi and allowing me to use the terrace even after checkout. Overall, I felt deeply cared for in a warm and respectful way. I would definitely return :)

Everything. From the breakfast to the hospitality of the manager Nour. The mint tea was 10/10

Great location. Entrance is in a back alley and was easy to find with Google Maps. Many helpful folks on the street. Several restaurants close by. Easy to access the Medina. The property host was excellent and with lots of great advice.

The rooms are a bit tired and dark.
