GBMy partner and I arrived in Hue on the sleeper train , and went to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel until it was check-in time. We were greeted warmly and told that our room would be ready shortly ,and if we would like to have a coffee, (and fruit!) they would get us sorted. We were also given an upgrade to a room with a little balcony...fantastic! Throughout our stay there, the reception staff were so helpful, getting us bikes, and laundry sorted. The ladies who made breakfast fresh each day were very smiley, and did a great job. Lovely clean room with huge , comfortable beds.

MYThe location of this hotel is smack in the middle of the backpackers area. There are many restaurants and eateries to choose from. Laundry services, mini marts and travel agencies are close by to the hotel. One can easily walk across the river to Dong Ba market. Breakfast provided is basic but delicious.
We rented a private car with driver through the hotel for a full day. We later discovered the travel agencies nearby offer a much lower price than the hotel.

DEThe hotel is in a good central location, even if it is a little bit hard to reach for Grab/taxi since it is in a small side street. The room has simple, modern furniture. The shower is spacious, which is really nice. The staff is very, very friendly and also the breakfast is nice (you order it in the evening and get it served on the top floor).
Other guests were a little bit too loud (family with kids).
DEWe only stayed for one night because we have already booked another accomodation and spontaneously decided to arrive a day earlier, but it was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
