"An ok stay while exploring Seoul (convenient for sleeping only)."

Private - i could do self check-in, barely met anyone at the facility (however, host was responsive to messages). Area was quiet and felt safe, a lot of services nearby (convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, laundromat), subway station line 2 and 5 within 5 minutes’ walk (direct line to Gangnam, to Hongik University from where many day tours leave, to the palaces; my morning transfer to Gimpo Airport took just one hour from the hotel by subway 5 to the airport gate!). Free tea, coffee,water, ramen, sbacks, cooking utensils available.

Flushing was emitting a high pitched squeak that kept me up first night, host was cooperative about fixing. My room was on the 3rd floor so I had to climb steep and narrow staircase. Locks were PIN operated and beeped when locking/unlocking which could be heard from the room. There is no common space to hang out.
