"HOUSE OF HORROR!!!"

Location

DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! We (a family with 2 small kids) booked 3 nights, but we left immediately just after 1st night no matter the money. I am no hater, but this was a nightmare. The heating did not work (January), so we had very cold (19°C) inside! Hot water did not work either! Some issue (error) with the boiler... Beds were dirty with someone else's hairs! 🤮 The main bedroom smelled like homeless people! 🤮 The dishes were dirty and moldy! 🤮 Someone else's dirty laundry forgotten in the washing machine 🤮 Dirt, dust and hairs in every corner and especially in bathrooms 🤮 Electricity and wiring in the apartment is life hazard ☠️ No real support from the host, no single apology, no compensation... when I opened the case with booking.com, the host started to blame on me. Incredible. (More evidence pictures and videos up on request.)

Clean and comfortable. Gennaro was an exceptional host. Very quick with responses to questions. He helped us get a reservation for dinner on our arrival night as we were arriving very late. Thank you for being a great host Gennaro
