The location is very good.

The location is great, amenities are good. Nice design of the apartment. The check in was really easy.

The only really unpleasant part was, that the entryway of the building always smelled like feces, seemed like people used it as a toilet. This has nothing to do with the people managing the apartment, but should be known as someone who’s more sensitive to that. We always got out quit fast.

La posizione è davvero l'unico punto a favore di questo appartamento.

L'appartamento presentava numerosi problemi: Palazzo fatiscente, con androne maleodorante, a cui hanno accesso soggetti dalla dubbia moralità che rendono poco sicuro il rientro in tarda serata, in particolare per delle ragazze; L'appartamento disponeva di poche asciugamani (solo una a testa) e poco altro in dotazione, non ci è stato neppure concesso di poggiare i bagagli in anticipo (se non al costo di 15€ extra) e una delle sedie era rotta; La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: abbiamo trovato ragnatele, rinvenuto degli slip usati nel pattume (non opportunamente svuotato). In sostanza, mi dispiace sottolineare che l'unico punto di forza di questo alloggio è la posizione centrale, comoda per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse della città.

מיקום מעולה, גם מרכזי וגם שקט, 2 דקות מתחנת אסטוריה (בה עוצר האוטובוס מנמל התעופה). הדירה מרווחת, נוחה מאוד ומצויידת עם כל מה שצריך, כולל מכונת קפה, מיקרו,כיריים ומכונת כביסה. המחיר ששילמנו היה הוגן מאוד

אומרים שהשטן בפרטים הקטנים וכך גם במקרה זה: המזרון לא נוח והמיטה ממש נמוכה, הספה לא נוחה, מתקן לייבוש כביסה שבור וכן חלק מהריהוט, את הסקוץ והמטלית הייתי צריכה לקנות לבד, הייתה שכבת אבק על הפאנלים ובפינות החדר (כבר אין כי לא התאפקתי וניקיתי), 2 מגבות גדולות ורק אחת קטנה לשני אנשים ל-5 ימים אכ מצאנו עוד 2 מגבות קטנות מתחבאות בארון). אבל שוב, כמעט ולא היינו בדירה ואנחנו לא מפונקות והסך הכל היה מעולה.

A bit too dark inside of the apartment, The building was very dirty, apparently no building maintenance- there was poop in the stairwell, must be still there…hosts/agents ignored the message about it (I wouldn’t expect an action from them as it is outside of the apartment, but at least some reaction would be nice) I’ve stayed in this area multiple times, never seen such a dirty stairwell

Очень удобное расположение, все есть в аппартах. Еще не один раз сюда вернусь. Все в пешей доступности. Потолки 4 метра, квартира замечательная. Не поверите я ного пуешествую и по Европе и по дальним островам. Моя оценка Очень хорошо!!!!

Posizione

Abbiamo pagato ma siiamo andati a dormire altrove.palazzo con scale impervie,ascensore che non va,scale sporchissime( urina e vecchi vestiti gettati sui gradini) non avevano acceso il riscaldamento ed il divano letto non era allestito e piccolo per due adulti.Scale buie.Bagno freddo.Il termo in camera non partiva. Siamo fuggiti e ritornati solo per riconsegnare le chiavi 5 gg dopo.
