+: Value for money, friendly staff, small but clean rooms, nice and new decoration.

-: a lot of mosquitos inside the room. Hopefully, we informed the receptionist guy about that and after some hour mosquitos disappeared from the room, but still have plenty of mosquitos in the public areas and generally in this part of Chiang Mai. Difficult to communicate in English, like at majority of Thailand.

Decent simple room and good bathroom. Clean. A 7-Eleven is right next to it. A 10 minute walk away is a shopping plaza with coffee shop and restaurants.

The location is not great. Not close to old city or the airport (but not that far either). I stayed because it was near a friend I was visiting.

the best was the comfiest bed we’ve slept in in Vietnam. it’s definitely far from the city centre however it’s perfect if you need a place to stay before or after the airport
