The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. It’s in a great location right in the city center, with good public transportation nearby and shops within walking distance. The Old Town (which is basically the city center) and the train station are easily reachable on foot. The place was well cleaned (with a few exceptions detailed below in the negatives).

The curtains were torn and looked dirty. The light switches were very confusing — there were many of them, and it was unclear which switch controlled which light. The intercom only worked if we called each other directly on the phone, as it didn’t make any sound otherwise. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud — they were running around and yelling even at 3 a.m., their dog kept barking constantly, and the kids were also very noisy. The bed linen situation was not ideal: instead of a proper duvet cover, there was only a separate sheet and a blanket, and the sheet we were supposed to use for cover was very dirty. One cold evening, the hot water ran out, and we couldn’t take a warm shower. The host didn’t respond to the provided phone number that evening, and only got back to us the next afternoon, and even then only came after a specific request. We were told to “just wait” for hot water to return, but after two days it still hadn’t — turns out the boiler was broken and needed a manual reset, which they only did after we complained several times. Also, the place looks a bit worn down and is not as fresh or modern as in the photos.

Good value for the money. Great location, apartment itself was very spacious with well equipped kitchen.

I think that the condominium where the appartment is should not allow animals as the flat above had a dog and it kept barking.

Amazing huge apartment in the central part of Bari! Lots of space - big rooms, comfortable beds, amazing huge kitchen with all necessary things and devices inside. 2 separates bathrooms/WC, what is very useful when you are stay in more people. One of the bathroom has a real bath! A nice balcony gives you a nice possibility to enjoy your morning coffee outside on fresh air. Coffee captures are for free - a special big thanks to our host! Building has a nice modern elevator. This apartment gives your a home feeling, you wont go home from there :-) We were in Bari second time and we will definitely stay in the apartment next time as well! Thank you for everything!

A little farther from the train station than we thought--a bit of a hike with luggage.

The apartment is very large and has a nice kitchen with ample supplies. They provided lots of coffee pods which is great for multiple day stays. It is located in a good area close to many sites and places to eat. The beds are comfortable. Since we were there in winter it was also good to have a heating system

It would be great to have instructions for opening the apartment door as it took us quite a while to figure out what to do. The washing machine also didn’t work, it went on and then did not start. So would be good to have instructions for that as well (we even looked on YouTube to try to figure out if we were doing something wrong and we are familiar with European machines ) The lights in the closet of the second bedroom didn’t seem to work either

The location.

The bathtub was leaking and our child almost fell, the heating system was broken and we waisted half a day of waiting for the owner to come and fix it. And.. there were no normal sheets on the beds.

Large, spacious and bright apartment. Very convenient location. Close to the old town and the shopping streets of the new town. You get off the elevator and immediately to the right is the apartment, which is an additional convenience. Spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, clean rooms. Very easy communication with the hosts. Kind and responsive. We had the opportunity to be accommodated earlier than the announced time. Next to the apartment there is a very good pizzeria with delicious food. There are 2 supermarkets a few minutes away. There are several paid public parking lots nearby. We had a fun and unforgettable vacation. We would be happy to visit you again. Thank you!

There were a few minor but irritating things such as: The curtains in some of the rooms were undone and hanging, the cupboard in the living room was broken and the doors were ajar. And there is some problem with the current.
