El ático dispone de una terraza genial, la habitación está perfecta para alojamiento bien sea para ir por trabajo o ir en pareja para turismo, está muy bien ubicado, los servicios de la habitación son completos y muy cómodos, tiene todo, la limpieza y el edificio están muy confortables. Tomar en cuenta que el edificio no tiene ascensor. La atención fue impecable.

Todo estuvo excelente.

Komfortable Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Funchal. In der Nähe mehrerer Cafés und Restaurants sowie der Markthalle. Netter Balkon, gut eingerichtete Küche, bequemes Bett.

Central location, spacious room.

When I got into the room, the only thing the owner told me was where to leave the keys at the end of my stay. I asked about basic things like the wi-fi password and she acted all surprised. She gave me the password and quickly left. I then found out that both the wi-fi and the air conditioner didn't work. The air coming from the A/C smelled like mould. I told the owner about the two issues. The wi-fi got fixed and a technician would come to fix the AC. A few days later she asked if the technician could come in, which I agreed to but she didn't confirm when he'd come. When I returned that afternoon, the A/C was turned on and the room was filled with the smell of mould. There was also another distinctive smell coming from the bathroom sewage. A couple of days later, the owner asked me if everything was now fine with the A/C. She claimed a technician had come for a partial maintenance, but it is hard to believe that any professional would leave an A/C producing such a strong smell. I told her that the problem was still ongoing and that there was also a smell coming from the bathroom sewage (that previous clients had already reported on Booking). She then didn't make any other attempt to fix the A/C, didn't address the sewage problem and only presented her apologies. All this back-and-forth, with the owner pretending to fix things but never doing so, was almost as frustrating as the problems themselves. I strongly recommend staying at a place where the owners actually care about your comfort and not only about cashing in on a centrally located room. Besides staying for a week in a smelly room, I could also hear the steps from the upstairs neighbors loud and clear and during the day there's also street noise from the cheese place right underneath that has a few tables outside and people talk and smoke. Finally, no housekeeping during a week stay and the kitchen appliances are very limited limited.

Très beau studio, spacieux, bien aménagé, avec balcon plein sud, idéalement situé, lumineux et décoré avec goût et sobriété. Hôte extrêmement serviable (qui a passé un samedi soir et un dimanche avant Noël à mettre en place un nouveau wifi, le précédent ne fonctionnant pas... pour que cela marche parfaitement). Odeur du bois blond quand on rentre dans le studio. Enormément de pression dans la douche. Tout pour cuisiner. Vue sur les toits et le clocher de la cathédrale.

Rien. Quelques détails pour améliorer: mettre du sel et du poivre dans la salière et le poivrier, Mettre une machine à café nespresso pour avoir un expresso le matin. Pouvoir partir un peu plus tard que 10h..

Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Direkt im Zentrum. Dutzend Bars und Restaurants im Umkreis von 1-2 Geh-Minuten. WLAN Passwort hat bei mir nicht funktioniert, es wurde aber versucht, das Problem zu lösen.

Ich war im dritten Obergeschoss. Ich habe sehr laut die Gäste in der Etage unter mir hören können. Alles etwas hellhörig.
