The staff were rude. The property and the room were dirty and had zero maintenance. There was no hot water, or kettle in the room. The remotes were not working. The TV was not working. Even after repeated requests none of these problems were attended to. The bathroom had one very dim light , giving it a dingy and unsafe feeling all times during the day. I am deeply disappointed at this utter misrepresentation of the facilities on your website. We had to checkout three days ahead of our schedule to escape this hell hole, in spite of having paid the entire fees upfront.
