Only the location and spacious rooms

I don't know why this has been hyped with a very good rating. To my knowledge only the location and spacious rooms which should be given a good rating. We stayed there for 4 days and 2 days the tv was not working and reply was in all rooms tv is not working. The receptionist is very adamant on anything and they don't adjust and just goes as per their word
