almost everything is (or at least looks) spiffing new and sparkling clean.

First day I was bitten by some insect, and I still have a rash that I have to go see a doctor for. I showed the staff the rash and the swelling, but they swore all the bedding is new so they have no idea how this happened. To be fair the rest of the room and corridors etc do look brand new so I won't outright blame them, but it happened. This place does not deserve a "breakfast included" tag in the listing -- please remove it. Breakfast is one item only, no choice, and not before 8:30 -- if you need to get out early, tough luck. Not even tea till 8 or so. And on the last day neither tea nor breakfast was delivered at the time we left the room to checkout.
