Staff great, rooms all clean, location great

we stayed in an appartment, the appartment is not on the same location as the reception breakfast and dinner. So you had to drive with the car. I did not like that there were no vegetables for breakfast

Mooi resort, zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Such a beautiful place. Clean, cosy, warm. Kitchen with everything you need (maybe a personal choice will be bigger cups, a proper mug for tea). Is like a home away from home. We visited end of October, out of season so it was quiet in the nearby villages. But the complex have everything you need. Small shop on site. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Bar open till 6 pm for drinks and hot sandwiches

I really enjoyed the place, which was fantastic thanks to an exceptional view. It’s truly beautiful and definitely worth it for the location. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff was exceptional.

When I booked this hotel, I was expecting something truly special because the photos were stunning. However, upon arrival, I encountered several disappointments. First, the schedule for the amenities was quite inconvenient, as the pool and sauna were only open from 2 PM to 7 PM. This limited access made it difficult for hotel guests to fully enjoy these facilities. Another major issue was the behavior of some guests who claimed all the lounge chairs with towels and bags without actually using them. I went to the pool and found every chair occupied by items, even though no one was present. I then moved to the relaxation area with a mountain view, only to find the same situation—chairs filled with bags and towels, but no guests in sight. This was incredibly frustrating, as it prevented other guests from enjoying the space. I believe the hotel staff should enforce a policy to manage this situation, removing items that are not being actively used. This lack of consideration for other guests was quite disrespectful. It's one of the reasons I won't be returning, as there seem to be no policies in place to regulate the use of shared spaces. Guests would leave their belongings and return to their rooms, making it impossible for others to find a place to relax. Additionally, I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I dined there without a reservation, and while we were allowed to enter, the waiter hovered around us, creating pressure to finish quickly. This felt quite rude. When I asked for the bill, I still had a drink left, but the waiter continued to check on us, making it uncomfortable. In summary, my honeymoon was not as enjoyable as we had hoped due to these issues, which left both my wife and me feeling frustrated.

Ottima struttura per bambini, piscina, mini club, parco giochi, cinema e campetto da calcio

Ausser der aus nicht ganz undurchsichtigen Glass Toiletten- / Badezimmertür war alles ok. Schönes Schwimmbad, tolle Lage. Das Restaurant ist ok, es gibt auch Alternativen in direkter Nähe.
