Location and AC were very good

It is really really loud. Don’t underestimate this. Another thing is, if you book with the shared bathroom, you share it with not only people from the hotel but also a lot of local people around the hotel from restaurants that get let in by the staff to use it. Felt some what like a public restroom.

Easy access, close to many restaurants, bars and dive centers. The room has a powerful air conditioner and good wi fi. Spacious bathroom with good warm water.

A few things that can be improved like the bathroom light that couldn't be turned off. Also the door when closed didn't quite isolate the sound outside. So if you are a light sleeper, do wear sound-killing ear plugs. The other thing that stroke with me was that, in some occasions, we saw this manager type guy kind of being rude or mistreating the staff, and that made us really unsettled. We saw at least 3 times.

My stay at Sunset Paradise Moalboal was simple and pleasant. I stayed in a room with two separate beds, even though I was traveling alone. The AC worked great, and the shared bathrooms were kept pretty clean. The only minor inconvenience was that there was just one sink outside the toilet rooms, so occasionally, there was a short wait to use it. There’s no on-site restaurant, but with your room key, you get discounts at several nearby places. Plus, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance, finding a meal was never an issue. The location was perfect—I felt like I was right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and couples, and I’d stay here again!

Modern designed bedroom, good air conditioning, good location, enough space in the room, water filter, communal fridge, free coffee and tea, fair price, property did a good price for us from Moalboal to Cebu City.

Originally placed in room 1 which had mould on the ceiling. Staff solution was to “paint over it”. We then got put in room 5 and found stains on our towels. There were a few times were we had to keep asking for towels as they didn’t provide any when cleaning the room. The bathroom doesn’t match the modern design of the bedroom and resembles a prison cell as it’s just grey concrete all around with marks over it. Some staff were very helpful whilst others came across as rude. Attempted to hire a moped with them and they gave me one with a flashing engine light and empty fuel tank and told me I needed to top it up or it was extra to order another one in. They said they would sort it eventually and let me know. I didn’t hear back from them so I went elsewhere to rent one.

The bedroom was nice and clean. For a shared bathroom, it was also pretty clean. The location is in the middle of a busy street so it can be noisy at night but it didn't really bother me. They also provided ear plugs. Staff were very friendly. Great value for money. Thanks!

One of the shower rooms drain seems a bit clogged. 😅 I just avoided that one and used the other shower room.
