Malheureusement la chambre est mal insonorisé. On entend les pas du voisin d'au dessus ainsi que les trains qui passent.

It took 30+ minutes to check me in. The internet did not work. They were paid for two nights by booking.com and they insisted I pay again for the 2nd night. So I had to pay double for one night. I was polite and respectful and management would not contact me or respond to my emails. The front desk clerk was also cleaning rooms as the house keeper. I think this hotel is poorly managed.

It’s new and clean and not far from downtown.

No wash clothes and minimal towels. Front desk guy was not that friendly.

room very nice except bed too high for me and my daughter. I am about 4'11", she is about 5'2". she slept in the bed, I slept on couch. we were ok there. our dog was very comfortable in room, only barked once at someone in hallway. but other wise she was very good. will probably stay there again. really liked frig, kitchen. employees very friendly and helpful. over all, we enjoyed the stay. ground floor nice perfect for us. also, clean room,pet friendly, staff great. as said, enjoyed stay. didnt get good tour of cheyenne tho. was condidering a move to your city. dont think a fit for us at this time. thank you

Visit was ‘Meh”. Bed comfortable and the shower was good size. Kitchen was adequate but difficult finding the detergent. Did not care for tile flooring - was cold. Walls are thin - plenty of train noise, stomping from people above and from the next door. Other door shut so loudly and we were 3 doors away from it. Water in the shower rotated from hot to Luke warm/Tepid every minute. Water pressure was a little too low. The biggest complaint was that our reader on the door for the door key refused to read the cards after 1-2 successful reads so we had to get 6 extra cards made to get us through our 3 day stay. I have to say, the front staff was apologetic and very professional. Would I stay here again? No. For the price, there are better/more refined options.
