Location, however Propr did not provide pedestrian access which leads onto the main road, meaning I had to walk a much longer distance to access Main Road. Modern finishes are great.

The unit needs a deep clean. In particular, the crockery and cutlery. The floors and bathroom needed a thorough clean.

Absolutely loved the property It was safe, and the location was superb ! The team was responsive and welcoming from the check-in instructions to the , meet & greet, to the aftercare of when we needed maintenance. The space is stylish, cozy, and comfortable, and the home is well equipped with all the basics you'd need in your stay, from towels, to cutlery, appliances, coffee and tea, iron, basic cleaning things, hangers, just (make sure you have your own wash pods tho 🙈). The stairs need a bit of.. agility 🤭 The upstairs ensuite was gorgeous, with a little balcony and everything. The downstairs bedrooms "window" looks out the corridor of the building so..not really a window, but honestly, the entire living space area makes up for all of it. Definitely would be staying there again! Absolutely recommend

Check-out is at 10am, and they are very strict about it- but otherwise it was perfect

The agency named Propr are scam and fraud; booked this 2bed apartment for 6 night for 26k rands and they never for once came to cleaned the apartment when I asked about cleaning service they wanted to charge outrageous extra fees for cleaning; they are fraud becoz they don’t even mention this when they advertise the apartment on booking.com they let u book first n then they later tell you it doesn’t include cleaning service I will never recommend propr to anyone and when you leave an item behind even tho they will tell you they found it you will never get it back; bunch of thief’s working at propr

Location was good

The second bedroom had no ventilation (No fan or Airconditioning) and only a small window that opened onto a public passage. After one night we had to find alternative accommodation for my daughter that was staying in that room. The kitchen was missing some basics (no pot) and the Airconditioning in the main bedroom did not seem to be working.
