Property was very comfortable and so cute. Well decorated and comfortable bed and pillows. Had everything you needed. Good location (if you don’t mind doing steps)

It has an AC unit in the bedroom which keeps in cool enough to sleep. However it’s not powerful enough to cool off the living room/kitchen area. It was September so it was manageable but I would imagine in July/August it would be pretty hot.

The apartment is very nicely decorated with a lot of good taste. The location is also very good and Frederica was great! We received a very warm welcome and a very detailed information on what to do around Modica!

I liked the overall design of the house. It was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The host Federica was also very kind and helpful to us. It’s probably a nice place to stay in summer when the apartment is not as humid.

The apartment has a big air conditioner (with no external unit, meaning the external unit is actually inside the house itself) which was extremely loud. It also turned out to be impossible to shut it off which made sleeping difficult for the children who slept in the living-room. The bed sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable with no mattress at all, basically sleeping right on the springs of the sofa.

Charming and convenient place, located in a quiet neighbourhood. We loved everything about it! The host was also incredibly kind and provided us with a lot of suggestions on local attractions.
