Lovely layout, warm, comfy beds, very clean.

Needs new frying pan and a couch not just arm chairs, tv in living room high on wall, lower would be good, very small issues, loved the place.

The property was Very clean. Very comfortable beds . Excellent showers and bathroom facilities. No complaints whatsoever !

We liked everything about this property.

Everything: the location, the house that was warm and comfortable, beds were a dream to sleep on, the shower was excellent and the smell of the bed linen and towels was very good too. Ronan was a discrete and yet great host. The house is very easy to find. Kilmeaden has lots of options to dine, have breakfast and dinner. There are also a Centra, a pharmacy and other shops. We also appreciated the milk in the fridge. Everything was smooth and we enjoyed the peace of the place; even though it’s very near Waterford, the countryside around and the Copper Coast Road are amazingly close. Maybe we would have just liked a mop to wash the floor and the kitchen might be a little more equipped (eg one more frying pan), but these are small details. Upstairs it was a bit cold but we didn’t need to sleep there as downstairs the heat was perfect and the room too. A warm and lovely stay. Thank you for welcoming us and our dog.
