Kitchen facilities where great. A nice quiet area. Bed was comfortable. Easy to find and get the keys. Netflix on the TV's was a nice bonus.

Radiator wasn't working upstairs so it was very cold up there. Unfortunately there seemed to be a lot of hairs (looked like pet hair) on the downstairs bedsheets so I needed to change the bedsheets around. Awful smell in the downstairs bathroom.

Clean, spacious, well equiped

Small thing, upstairs was quite cold. A couple of mats in the bedroom or ensuite might have made a difference. Otherwise could not fault the place at all.
