Muji-like stay in Perlis. MinimalIst, cosy, and everything is nearby — food stalls, convenience stores & even a laundry next door. Provides mineral water and most importantly, has an elevator and plenty of parking

"Nice comfortable stay in modern tiled room, but needs a kettle and mugs."

Very good location for those who travel to deal with Unimap because it's quite close, and in a quiet area. Modern room, very nice and clean. Plenty of free parking right in front. Good working lift. Comfortable bed. Room size is decent for 2.

No kettle and mugs. Have to go to lobby to get hot water. Dispenser only provides hot water, no cold water, which is necessary to me because there's no fridge. Not enough place to hang clothes - just one simple 2-bar wooden rack and 2 hangers. Although there are a few restaurants around, they were open for dinner only. Was hoping to just walk to breakfast, but no.
