Sampai dalam pukul 9malam,dalam app dah mesej property akan sampai dalam pukul 9malam,pintu berkunci,call tak dapat,ketuk2 pintu tak ada yang keluar,jadi kami tak dapat bermalam kat sana,terpaksa cari hotel lain..sangat menghampakan

such isolate area but breakfast cannot be provided

Lift malfunction on during stay, old man like me to carry luggage upstairs??, My room no TV available, basic entertainment also not provided?? Asked for extra pillow also cannot get?? Extend the stay but so messy need to check out first then moved to other rooms and bring our luggage ourselves to move to other rooms??
