Tiszta, kènyelmes ingatlan. Első emeleti panellakás, csendes kertvárosi környezetben. Parkolás az èpület előtt. Nagyon jól èreztük magunkat. Segítőkész házigazda. Rugalmas kulcsszèfes bejelentkezés. Köszönjük a vendéglátást.

Közel volt az Egyetem, kb 15 perc a ház elől induló busszal. Ugyanígy az Avas, a városközpont is. Üzletek sétányi közelségben. Pozitív élménnyel gazdagodtam az Avas városrészről is. Csendes, minimális forgalom
