Owner did make arrangement to park on property, even though there is only parking available for the cottage and not the Studio that is on the same property.

The Setup off the property on Booking.com. All the photos together bit confusing, looks like one property, but actually 2 places on one location. Show private parking available, but only for Cottage, road parking for Studio. The Studio is the small one and Cottage bit bigger. Very small microwave, no oven, outside door could not close, unable to lock. No milk for coffee. Very steep driveway to Studio and Cottage. Only able to reverse out of property, with lot of traffic in busy road.

The location for Gardens was good. It was in a quiet street. The Pool was a bonus.

It took me over an hour to get hold of anyone to arrange for the key. So we waited at the airport. The place we booked ended up being the studio part only, so we had no access to the lounge area. The place needs a bit of work as it is a bit dated. The gate could not close or lock.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is just perfect—close to numerous restaurants and the bustling streets of Kloof and Long Street, yet it remains secluded from loud noises, providing a peaceful retreat. The small plunge pool and sun deck are ideal for hot summer days, but we had a unique experience using the pool as an ice plunge during our winter visit—it was incredible! The outdoor dining area is of a decent size, featuring a large table that's perfect for both breakfast and dinner, especially with the lovely dim lighting in the backyard. As for the bed, it was incredibly comfortable, which is a big plus for someone like me who can be quite particular about sleep. The property beautifully blends country house charm with modern decor, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. Overall, a great experience! Coming back for sure.

Can mention only only one suggestion which won’t make the property less attractive. To cover up the outdoors sitting area with some roofing to be able to use dining area during rainy days, just like the one at the entrance to the property.

Molly met me a little earlier as i needed to drop off my bags, She is such a ray of sunshine and a gift to running this property. Great personality, funny and super helpful/. It was well designed and the layout was just so well thought of. I love the the special touches like the hand cut roses in the room. Great cupboard space - Really a super place to stay. Quiet and with a lovely views. As a local, i would rates this one of the best places to stay so far that i have found in CPT when i work there - 10 STARS !!!!

Just one thing, i would be nice to have a little make up mirror for us ladies, as the bathroom mirror (although really fancy) just doesnt help when applying make up.

Markus and Molly were extremely helpful, very quick to respond to any requests and really made us feel at home. We will be back.
