I had a very bad experience with BRG Homestay. One day before my scheduled stay, they automatically canceled my booking without any reason. If they didn't have accommodation available, why did they accept my online booking? It was the worst experience with BRG.

No water to bath, no cleanliness, ac remote not working, no drinking water, kettle not cleaned, no power backup, no cleanliness inside and outside the room. Overall not at all worth for the amount paid.

I like staff behaviour or home stay hygiene. All most experienced was very good, every visitor must visit it. I was surprised how they are managed it.
