Apartment is excellent. Staff also very Good.

Always IAM select Gokulam Hotel only. Last time Ian stayed in Gokulam Cochin. Food was very good there. I expect same here also. But food was not good.

Property is easy to reach just near to lulu…

When we first entered the room, there was a noticeable cigarette smell, and we had to request air freshener to make it more comfortable. Additionally, the hand shower was leaking, so we had to keep turning it off from the main valve. The tissue box was also not refilled. Overall, it seemed that the housekeeping team did not thoroughly check the room before handing it over to guests. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Location, courtesy of the staff and room was comfortable.

We tried breakfast at the hotel. There is scope for improving it further.

The steam and or sauna was not working

The breakfast is a very good spread with everything . The coffee especially filter coffee is very good . There is a good selection of local traditional breakfast and western style food too .
