Nous avons passé 4 jours aussi agréables qu’inattendus. Agréables car dans un environnement tranquille où les animaux sont à portée de regard (singes, rapaces, toucans et paresseux ) et inattendu car lorsque vous quittez l’endroit, vous avez l’impression d’avoir passé un moment chez des amis tellement Franck et Fabienne sont des hôtes chaleureux et de bon conseil. Par ailleurs leur cuisine et leur petit déjeuner valent à eux seuls la visite. Merci encore à vous deux pour ce moment.

The property is beautiful and peaceful with sloths and toucans in abundance. The pool is great and the views are fantastic from both the pool/breakfast area and the room.

The only complaint - which is too big a word for it - was a lack of soap / toiletries since it's quite a trip to town. SO pack your own and come enjoy this gem.

Fabienne and Franck are very friendly. The place is easy to find on the gravel road towards Cacique. The differentiating asset are the animals around the property and especially the monkeys shouting at sunrise and sunset. Frank can arrange for you a tour on the same day: we enjoyed the day tour by boat in the mangrove and the islands. Starting point is 400 m from the house walking along the road.

Description of the rooms does not match the number of travellers. Family room is not accessible to 4 persons and Double room can be booked for 4 persons.

If you're planning to visit Panama and love the jungle, nature, and wildlife, this place is a must-see! Vista Caribe is located in the heart of the jungle, where you can hear the incredible sounds of nature, including monkeys, frogs, and lizards. The rooms are very clean, and you have a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. The pool area is peaceful and beautiful. The owners, Frank and his wife, go out of their way to show you the surrounding wildlife, and they prepare fresh, delicious food. The people in the area are warm and kind, and they can even give you a ride to the shop or a nearby restaurant. I highly recommend this small hotel!!

This is a jungle lodge, not a luxury resort. Nevertheless, the facilities are spacious and comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning units, which you can turn on as needed, or open the doors to enjoy the view and wildlife. The owners, a French couple, provide a delicious breakfast, and dinners if you request in advance. Franck has coordinated with locals to provide optional daytime excursions at reasonable prices. Our first full day, we took an arranged boat excursion to local islands, including Isla Grande which has restaurant choices for lunch.. Our second day, we took an arranged jungle hike and climb. We highly recommend both. We saw and heard lots of wildlife, which was our main reason for visiting this area of Panama.

Excellent hosts, amazing location, nice homemade breakfast and dinner, lovely surroundings in the middle of the rainforest and with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching monkeys from our balcony and seeing Ramon the sloth. Appreciated the recommendation for horse riding and for dinner at the nearby marina. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Bathroom sink had very little pressure, but it really wasn't an issue. Shower water pressure was great though!
