RSWe stayed there with friends for five days. The host is extremely nice and helped us when we couldn't find the apartment. She turned on the boiler before our arrival for us to have warm water and left some snacks for us as well:) Moreover, the host is polite and she made sure thst we were comfortable. The appartment had everything we needed including cotton pads and cotton swabs. The appartment has air conditioning and clean towels too.
PTDejana kindly allowed me to check in a couple hours earlier and met me at the apartment to hand over the keys. Although the bed is extendable, it was quite comfortable (I am picky about that). Zero noise from the neighbors (such a pleasant surprise). Washing machine! Big balcony facing a quiet inner yard to relax and dry your clothes.
Floor was a bit dusty. Equipment here and there shows signs of wear: towel hanger in the bathroom could fall on your feet, the clothes drying rack on the balcony is rusty and falling apart, the frying pan in the kitchen is unusable, etc. The shower cabin leaks, so there's a puddle on the floor each time you take a shower. The Wifi is rather slow: okay for casual use, but not enough for video calls.
