Można zameldować się samodzielnie gdy przyjeżdża się w godzina wieczornych. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Pokój i toaleta czysta. Jest telewizor oraz czajnik elektryczny. Kuchnia jest pomieszczeniem wspólnym, znajduję się na holu. Lokalizacja świetna sam rynek Konina.

Z minusów to brak np. herbaty/kawy i kubka do picia. 2 - to tylko jedno gniazdko elektryczne przy łóżku.
