La casa si trova in un ottima posizione ben attrezzata internamente e ben servita , a due passi da forno minimarket farmacia bancomat e tabaccheria . La signora Bianca posso solo dire fantastica ci ha consigliato su gastronomie e luoghi da visitare ed è sempre stata disponibile e cordiale .

Un piccolo errore tecnico di Booking dove viene inserita la presenza della piscina nella struttura , mentre invece nn c’è facendoti pagare una comodità non reale. La piscina si trova nelle vicinanze 300 metri a piedi ma è comunale aggiungendo ulteriori costi.

Mattresses a little hard

The location to central Fanano was ideal. The rooms were nicely furnished. The apartment was quiet and convenient to access.

We had some miscommunication with the host about needing two bedrooms (one of which was locked), but it was sorted out without much difficulty. We also received mixed messages about parking--one of our friends who lives in town discouraged parking in the lot where we were told we could park because of the likelihood of receiving a ticket. Out of an abundance of caution, we moved down the street a little ways. These were minor items overall.

Fully equipped apartment, clean, comfortable bed(s), kind and helpful host, great location in the middle of Fanano. Thick walls keep the apartment really cool, despite the temperatures outside. Washing machine was really convenient. WiFi was good (place the box near a window!). Parking was possible right behind apartment building or on parking 50 mtr away. It is free most of the times, but on the weekend, holidays and every day in the summer months, you need to pay (<1 euro/hour, from 8.00h-20.00h). Fanano is a lively town, with a couple of shops, bars and (good) restaurants.
