GARDENS STAY

Hotel was located steps away from Higashi Sapporo subway station and next to an AEON supermarket. It was very convenient. It was only a 10 minute transit trip to the middle of Sapporo and another 5 minutes to the JR station. Very affordable stay considering my dates overlapped with the snow festival. Hotel was clean and wifi was good. I didn’t use the sauna but it looked great. Hotel provided amenities at the front desk including instant coffee from Doutour. However, front desk was not staffed at all which was a bit awkward. I also didn’t expect to have to use a physical key instead of a key card. Otherwise all was good and I had a pleasant stay.

ホテルの地下駐車場は10台まで。高さ制限あり。念のため事前に電話で確認したところ、「当日地下駐車場が空いていれば、先に車を停めてからのチェックインでOKです」とのことでした。古いクチコミも残っているようなので、お気をつけください。私は観光利用ではなかったのですが、地下鉄駅が近いので充分に札幌観光に使えると思いました。

東西線の地下鉄は近いので便利、車の場合駐車場スペースが少なく近隣までの距離が200〜300メートル程離れている為、不便さを感じた。 壁が薄いせいか少し音が気になった。 その他の設備はキレイと感じ、フロントは基本無人だが対応してくれた男性スタッフはとても親切で好感を持てました。

It was close to a mall and the Sapporo Convention Center. The best thing was it was steps away from the subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice amenities. Wouldn't mind booking the property again.
