Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.

La posizione al piano terra e la struttura dell'edificio limitano un po' la luminosità naturale. All'interno sono presenti due ambienti ciechi (il bagno e la cucina); in quest'ultima, a causa della mancanza di finestre, si percepisce talvolta un po' di umidità e odore di chiuso.

"Perfect home retreat in the heart of Punta Ala."

Our likes about the property started from the very beginning with the fantastic communication from the host. She met us out the front and walked us through the property and we were so pleased that it was such a lovely little home for our weekend away. It had every amenity you could think of that you would need And the host had insured that we had food, drinks, coffee and all the information to make our stay perfect. We had the option to park in her underground car park or out the front of the property a very short walk down to the entrance doorway. The property is located in the heart of Punta Ala and an easy 5 minute walk down to the magnificent boat harbour, restaurants and shops. We were able to wash clothes and the small kitchen was perfect for some home cooked meals.

Main grocery shops are about 20 minutes away but there is a small shop in Punta Ala, just a bit pricey. You will need a car.
