Location was approximately a 10-15 min walk to the center The neighbours were quite nice and helpful - owner was not around

Many areas had plenty of dust that I had to clean, although she stated there was a cleaning lady when I stepped out to get my suitcases (after she understood I was travelling solo) she actually took the extra towels away and locked them up. I found that insulting There was no parking at all. I contacted her before travelling there and she stated there is free parking down the street. What she failed to state is that the residents park there 24/7. One night it took me 40 mins to find a spot in town She was unable to tell me where the ZTL started and how to avoid it. Her solution was : if you see the ZTL is active , drive in another direction and your gps will give you another route. That was useless as GPS doesn’t know where the ZTL areas are Overall it was ok Nothing special. Perhaps a 7/10 She was kind enough to give me 50 cents for the parking. She said that would be enough for nearly 3 hours of parking. Well the machine doesn’t take coins and the rate is 1 euro per hour If you have a car consider staying somewhere with parking included

It’s very new and got everything we need.

The WiFi is very slow.

Excellent communication with Cristina from start to finish. She was very responsive and accommodating, allowing me to stay an extra 45 mins after check-out. The apartment is a five minute walk from the train station and bus terminal. It is a very neat, tidy, well decorated, modern apartment, with good facilities within. It's exactly like the pics on the website. The local town is a short, 5 minute walk away also, with bars and restaurants. I used Poggibonsi as a place to stay, to go and visit other nearby places ( San Gimignano ). Cristina's is a perfect place to stay. Great VFM.
